These house rules apply to all Aruba Ocean Views residences (Azure, Harbour House, and Walishali) unless noted otherwise.

Check in / Check out

Check in from 4:00 PM. Check out by 11:00 AM. Early check in / late check out on request, subject to availability.

Minimum Stay

A 3 night minimum stay applies. This minimum is subject to change during high season.

Occupancy

Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy stated on each residence's page. Additional guests must be approved in advance.

Pets

Pets are not permitted.

Smoking

No smoking inside any residence.

Noise & Quiet Hours

Please be respectful of neighbors, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are not permitted.

Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
