Information We Collect

Name, email, phone, and message content when submitted via the Contact form, or when you email us directly through a "Get Updates" link. We do not collect payment information through this website.

How We Use It

Solely to respond to your inquiry or request. We do not sell the contact information you give us, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. This is separate from the affiliate cookie described under Third Parties below, which GetYourGuide sets on their own site if you click through.

Third Parties

Individual residence pages embed booking availability through Smoobu and location maps through Google Maps; loading those pages may share standard technical data (such as your IP address) with those services under their own privacy policies.

The Explore Aruba page embeds a GetYourGuide activity widget and affiliate links. If you click through to GetYourGuide, they set a first-party cookie on their own site that lasts 31 days, and we earn a commission on any booking you make through it within that period.

We do not send your contact form submissions to any third party.

Access & Deletion

You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll act on that request within a reasonable time.
